Tinara
Muscle relaxant. Can be drawn on palms before giving a massage or back-rub to enhance effect. Can be used to set off full body relaxation. Can be used to relax a severe or persistent muscle cramp. Can be used to deal with the physical symptoms of stress.
Shonen-Fe
Works on the Central Nervous System, nerve relaxant. Used with Tinara in an attunement, will relax the person. Possibly can reverse/reduce nerve damage when used in healing. Possibly can reduce severity or occurrences of epilepsy.
Go-She-Ki
Works on arthritis. Has anti-inflammatory properties, joint is easier to move afterwards.
Kita no Kaze aka "North Wind"
Elemental air. Cleansing properties. Feels like a breath of fresh hour blowing through you. [this symbol is two-handed. fingers of right AND left hands should perform each step at the same time]
Tsuriai aka "Balancing"
Balances the elements in an individual. Brings a person back into balance with oneself/the environment. Components: "earth, home". "weathervane" - air - N/S/E/W - Centering. "lake" - water. "lightning" - fire.
So-la-kyu
use for cancer prevention, with intensive treatment may result in remission and reversal might be possible if used in a reiki-grid.
Shimatsu
will clear away the negativity surrounding a person. Shields against negative thoughts or feelings.
